RSVP

Please RSVP by September 24 by returning the response card enclosed in your invitation, or by completing our online RSVP form.

Registration

Please register upon your arrival at the Registration Desk located at the Patricia Bush Tippie Alumni Center/Cochran Hall (Campus Map number 26). The desk will be open on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Additional instructions and information will be provided in your registration packet, including Dinner & Dancing tickets.

Should you need to leave personal items, there will be a check-in available at the registration desk. You may leave items until 3:30 p.m.

Academic Attire

Academic attire will be worn by all official delegates participating in the procession. If you need academic regalia, please make arrangements with the college or university you are representing.

Robing & Procession

Weather permitting there will be a cross-campus procession. Delegates will robe in the Brooks Hall Main Lounges (Campus Map 11), where marshals will assist and provide details about the order of procession.

Delegates may leave personal items in the robing rooms; security will be on hand to watch personal belongings from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m.
