New Environmental Center at Allegheny College Will Honor President Richard J. Cook
Allegheny College is committed to environmental sustainability. Our campus community makes a difference through programs and activities focusing on environmental issues.
Students, faculty, staff, civic leaders, local residents, and others collaborate to make these initiatives successful, and their efforts have resulted in statewide and national recognition for innovative approaches to conducting research and raising public awareness about sustainability. Our students likewise learn about environmental issues through course work with nationally known faculty and through internships and other experiential learning opportunities.
