Submitting your information by July 15 will ensure inclusion in the New Student Photo Directory. This form will remain open until August 15 so that student ID cards can be made before matriculation.

Please provide a photo in JPG format that is approximately 4" x 6", 300 DPI resolution, and that is a headshot (head and shoulders only). See the "Say Cheese" form that was mailed to you for more details. PHOTOS TAKEN WITH WEBCAMS OR CELL PHONES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE QUALITY.
