Physical Limitations: Please advise by May 7 of any special needs guests may have in order to enjoy full participation in Commencement events. Note that we do not provide wheelchairs. (See section entitled "Important Information" regarding wheelchairs and handicapped parking.)

Room Reservations: The College makes housing available to guests who may wish to stay in residence halls on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights for $20 per person per night, plus a $20 key deposit that will be refunded upon checkout. Please print the full name of each person desiring lodging on campus and note any physical limitations or needs to be considered in making room assignments. All rooms are double occupancy (two single beds) with shared bathroom facilities. Be sure to indicate the nights for which the reservations are requested. Each residence hall guest will receive sheets, blanket, washcloth and towel. Guests must provide their own pillows. All guests staying in the residence hall should check in at the Brooks Reception Desk, Brook Hall, which opens Friday, May 14, at 5 p.m. Please note the Reception Desk's hours of operation and make every effort to check in before midnight.
