Important Information for Students and Faculty!
Beginning Monday, April 21st all entry into Pelletier Library after 10:00 p.m. will require one of the new Allegheny College IDs. If coming to Pelletier after 10:00 P.M., please remember to bring your ID with you and to take it home with you when you leave.
ID access readers and door locks were added to some of the doors in Pelletier Library as a part of the recent renovation project. Now that new IDs have been issued to all Allegheny students and employees, the library will begin using the card access readers to provide a higher level of safety and security during the later hours of operation. Any hours the library is open before 10:00 p.m. will not require ID access.
Any student or employee having difficulty with the card reader should contact the Office of Safety and Security. They will be able to determine if their is a problem with your ID.
