Many students with learning, psychological or physical disabilities may require special support services and accommodations to ensure that they benefit as much as possible from Allegheny's educational program. The Learning Commons serves as the central resource for students who need individual accommodations.
To receive appropriate assistance, students who plan to attend Allegheny must provide the Learning Commons with recent documentation prior to matriculation. It should include:
After receipt of this documentation, the Associate Director will contact the student and begin to make plans to meet after arrival on campus and to arrange for accommodations.
