Allegheny Places Three on All-NCAC Squad
May 13 - CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Allegheny men's tennis team placed three of its players on the All-North Coast Athletic Conference team following their performance during the 2007-08 season. Junior Matt Chiricosta (Avon Lake, Ohio/St. Ignatius) was a first-team selection in both singles and doubles for the Gators.

Gator Men Finish Third at NCAC Championships
Apr 27 - OBERLIN, Ohio – For the second consecutive season, the Allegheny men’s tennis team (15-7) turned in a third-place finish at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championship. The Gators fell 6-1 to top-seeded and 12th ranked Kenyon in the semifinals before defeating Wabash in a marathon 5-4 match to capture third place.

Allegheny Men Defeat Oberlin in Quarterfinals
Apr 26 - OBERLIN, Ohio - The Allegheny men's tennis team (14-6) defeated #5-seeded Oberlin College (8-11) by a score of 5-0 in the quarterfinal round of the 2008 North Coast Athletic Conference Championship on Saturday. Senior captain Nick Lieb (Murrysville, Pa./Franklin Regional) clinched the match with a win in singles for the #4-seeded Gators.
