| Entries: | This meet is open to Collegiate student-athletes, post-collegiate and club teams. |
| Timing: | FinishLynx Timing System (FAT) will be used for all races. |
| Entry Fee: | $150 per team (Men's & Women's are separate) |

| Facilities: | Robertson Complex Track & Field Stadium. |
| Trainer: | We will have a trainer on duty all day. They will be located in the building next to the long jump area. Each team must supply their own tape and other supplies. Any special needs or requests must be communicated to our Sports Medicine Office at least 48 hours prior to the event; 814-332-2817. Ice and water will be available at the site. |
| Team Check-in: | Packets will be available on the day of the meet in the concessions building. |
| Implement Weigh-in: | Throwing implements must be weighed-in one hour prior to the event in the equipment shed next to the hammer cage. Uncertified implements will be impounded and released following the event. (Competitors are responsible for pick-up of their implements). |
| Dressing Facilities : | Locker rooms will be available with showers, competitors must bring their own towels. |
| Parking: | Parking will be available for teams directly behind the stadium in a paved lot. Spectator parking will be on the north side of the stadium. |
