Women's Golf: Gators Qualify for NCAA Championships
May 6 - INDIANAPOLIS - For the third consecutive year, the Allegheny women's golf team has qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championship Tournament. The Gators are one of only 20 teams from throughout the nation that will be competing from May 13-16 at Centennial Oaks Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa.

Men's Golf: Gator Trio Earns All-Conference Honors
May 6 - GRANVILLE, Ohio – Allegheny juniors Mike Wolfe (Erie, Pa./McDowell) and Kyle Jastromb (Kent, Ohio/Kent Roosevelt), and sophomore Christian Goetz (Burgettstown, Pa./Burgettstown Area) earned All-North Coast Athletic Conference First Team honors for their play during nine rounds of league competition in 2007-08.

Men's Golf: Gators Finish Second at NCAC Championships
May 4 - GRANVILLE, Ohio - The Allegheny men's golf team wrapped up the weekend at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships with scores of 308 and 300 to finish second out of the nine teams competing at the Granville Country Club. The Gators also finished in second place in the NCAC regular season standings behind first-place Ohio Wesleyan.

Men's Golf: Gators Wrap Up Day One at NCACs
May 3 - GRANVILLE, Ohio - The Allegheny men's golf team shot an opening round 314 at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Denison University on Saturday. The Gators fell further behind conference-leading Ohio Wesleyan and will have more ground to make up in rounds two and three.

Softball: Denison and Hiram Advance to NCAC Championship
May 3 - MEADVILLE, Pa. - On another wet and dreary day at Robertson Field, #3 Denison and #4 Hiram advanced to the championship round of the 2008 North Coast Athletic Conference Softball Championship. Denison earned the top position after defeating the Terriers in today's opening game. Host and top-seeded Allegheny defeated Ohio Wesleyan in the other matchup before Hiram beat the Gators for the second straight day, earning the right to play Denison on Sunday. Women's Track & Field: Gators Claim 2008 NCAC Title
May 2 - DELWARE, Ohio - For the eighth time under head coach Bill Ross, the Allegheny women's track and field team captured the North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championship. The Gators tallied a conference-record 268 points while Ross and senior Liz Earley (Venetia, Pa./Peters Township) were named Coach of the Year and Field Athlete of the Year, respectively.
