To participate in Commencement, you must, by the end of the Add period (Jan. 27) be registered for courses that will complete all of your remaining graduation requirements. If you have any questions about what courses you need, review your degree audit, consult your advisor, and/or contact the Registrar's Office.
Official communications regarding graduation requirements are sent to your campus mailbox and to your allegheny.edu email address - please check both regularly.
Last semester, you should have turned in your diploma card specifying how your name should appear on your diploma. If you didn't do it then, please turn the card in as soon as possible. We will be placing the printing order for diplomas shortly, and we cannot print your diploma until we have the card!

Contact the Office of Conference and Event Services at (814) 332-3101 if:
▪ You have not yet received an address confirmation form
▪ You are an international student and need a letter of graduation confirmation
▪ You will NOT be marching/attending the graduation ceremony
▪ A family member has special needs
▪ You have a mobility impairment that may affect your participation in the graduation march from the Wise Center to Bentley lawn.
