Registration materials will be sent out early in April to alumni in reunion classes. Online registration will also be available at that time.
Yes. Those registering prior to Friday, May 23 will receive a written confirmation indicating we have received your registration form. Those registering online will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Refunds will be granted to those cancellations received by Friday, May 16, 2008
For the most part, the weekend is casual. Some people dress less casually for the Saturday night dinner, but it is not required. Please remember that Meadville weather is very unpredictable.
Bed linens and towels are provided in all locations, but please bring your own pillow. If you are flying, we have a few extra pillows available on campus. If needed, a limited number of extra blankets will also be available. Personal toiletry items are needed. Please bring hangers if you wish to hang clothing, as they are not provided. Please note: most rooms do not have private bathrooms, so please remember your robe.
The North Village and College Court are the only on-campus lodging available with air-conditioning.
Parking on North Main Street and Park Avenue is open as well as all parking lots across campus.
When you arrive on campus, please check-in at the Registration Desk at the Tippie Alumni Center in Cochran Hall. If you have reserved on-campus lodging, please go directly to that residence hall (North Village, College Court or Brooks Hall). For your convenience, your registration packet will be waiting for you there. The packet you will receive contains important information such as meal tickets, meal locations, and your residence hall key (if applicable). Click here to view a campus map.
Please let the Alumni Office know in advance by calling 814/332-5384 or via e-mail, and we will have your packet and room key (if applicable) held at the Security office located in the Observatory on North Main Street.
Yes, the hours are: Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; and Sunday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Yes. Computers will be available in the Tippie Alumni Center, Pelletier Library and Henderson Campus Center. We will also have wireless access available.
Will there be childcare available?
There will not be childcare available.
Is there a Choir Reunion/Concert this year?
Not this year. The next Choir Reunion will take place in 2009.
Can I arrange for a tee time?
Golf is open to all Reunion Weekend attendees at the Meadville Country Club on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as numerous public golf courses all weekend. In addition, the Golden Gator Golf Outing will take place Friday, May 30 at the Country Club.
