We have Resident Advisors (RAs)/ House Coordinators (HCs)/Resident Directors (RDs) who live in our residence halls. These are students who have undergone extensive training to become knowledgeable in the rules and regulations of the college and to create programs that educate and entertain. They are trained in CPR and First Aid as well. This is done for the safety of the residents. These student staff members are able and willing to talk to students, confidentially, about anything. They are trained to respond to many different situations and problems. In the event that there is something that they cannot personally handle, they are trained to either refer the students to the appropriate campus resources or contact professionals who will ensure the safety and well being of the students.
