Allegheny Christian Outreach (ACO)ACO

Our mission at ACO is to provide a place where anyone can learn about Christ. We want to knock down any barriers separating us from God. By digging deeper into the Word and studying how those messages affect our daily lives, we can reaffirm our faith and strengthen our knowledge of the Kingdom of God. By worshiping and growing in our faith, we can spread the good news to the campus. We are the body of Christ.

Weekly Meetings

ACO meets weekly when school is in session on Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. in Ford Chapel Oratory.

Small Groups

We have numerous small groups that meet throughout each week. Contact an ACO leader to check out a place to know others and dive more deeply into God's Word.

Missions

Each year for over a decade, Allegheny students have partnered with "Won by One" missions to serve on a mission trip in Harmons, Jamaica.

Jubilee

In February, many Allegheny students attend Jubilee, an intercollegiate retreat in Pittsburgh attracting over 1,000 college students, sponsored by Coalition for Christian Outreach.

Discipleship

Each semester Bible Studies and small groups are organized.

Oak and Acorn is a four-day student leadership training experience designed to help students put down roots deep into God's Word and grow up to be mighty oaks of righteousness.
