Publications

The Publications group in Public Affairs produces hundreds of projects each year, ranging from bookmarks and postcards to the College catalogue and viewbook and Allegheny magazine. The staff includes designer Penny Frank, production manager Bernadette Wilson, and the editor of Allegheny magazine, Kathy Roos.

The Publications group can help with every facet of a publication project, including planning, writing, editing, photo selection, design, proofreading, and printing. One of our tasks is to make sure that the College has the photography it needs to meet publication, Web, and media needs. If you are in need of photos, please check with us at 814-332-6755 or at publications@allegheny.edu.

Departments that are planning publication projects should contact the Office of Public Affairs. At the very least, we can be a resource that can make your work easier. We may also be able to provide editorial and design services on your project. If you have a project that you would like the Publications group to produce, please submit a Publications Request Form, which can be found under Inside Forms on the Inside News page.
