Foundation
At Allegheny, we believe that:
- Every student is a potential leader and that leadership is not necessarily
linked to a particular position.
- Leadership is a form of service.
- Leaders need to be an active part of the community and work to build
and develop that community.
- Leaders need to be sensitive to the issues of justice and social responsibility.
- Leaders should have an opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills
and be empowered to utilize them.
